Koro Business: Your Main ERP Workspace
Administrators, managers, and authorized internal users use Business to configure the organization and operate its selected modules: HRM, accounting, CRM, sales, SCM, POS administration, e-commerce, LMS, projects, logistics, healthcare, wellness, manufacturing, and other licensed modules. Employee self-service is also available to eligible internal users. A role determines which actions and records each person can access.
Use the Business URL supplied by your administrator or shown with your tenant's ERP access details. On Koro Cloud this may be a tenant-specific address such as https://your-organization.erp.koroworks.com/. Do not invent a tenant subdomain or use a companion app as the ERP administration screen.
| App | Who Uses It | Web Address |
|---|---|---|
| Koro Hub | Customer-facing access: e-commerce for shopping and orders; healthcare or wellness for services and bookings your organization publishes. | https://erp-hub.koroworks.com/ |
| Koro Merchants | Seller-facing e-commerce: merchant onboarding, storefronts, catalogue publishing, orders, earnings, payouts and shipping. Use it when your organization supports merchant sellers. | https://erp-merchants.koroworks.com/ |
| Koro Partners | External B2B access: SCM for supplier procurement and invoicing; project management for client or guest collaboration. Use invitations and linked partner profiles. | https://erp-partners.koroworks.com/ |
| Koro POS | POS operations: cashiers and authorized terminal users handle checkout and retail sales. Managers configure stores, products and access in Business. | https://erp-pos.koroworks.com/ |
| Koro School | LMS family access: students and parents use their linked school accounts for the school workflows made available to them. Teachers and school administrators use Staff and Business respectively. | https://erp-school.koroworks.com/ |
| Koro Staff | Role-specific work: HRM employee self-service, LMS teachers, logistics drivers, and healthcare/wellness staff. Each workspace requires its relevant module, role and linked profile. | https://erp-staff.koroworks.com/ |
Use the account or invitation provided by your organization. If the app asks for a tenant or school code, obtain it from your administrator. Customer and merchant registration is available only where the app and organization permit it. Access depends on your assigned role, linked profile, and the organization's active licence; opening a link does not grant access.
Selecting a module does not require installing every companion app. For example, LMS uses Business for administration, Staff for teachers, and School for families. Retail uses Business for management, POS for cashiers, and Hub/Merchants only when online commerce or merchant workflows are needed. Accounting-only users normally work in Business.
These addresses are for Koro-hosted services. For self-hosted ERP installations, use the app addresses supplied by your installation administrator instead. Your organization's ERP Business address and the Tenant Portal for billing/licences are separate from these companion apps.
